What will you do?

As a Global Mobility Compliance Officer, you are responsible for coordinating the tax, social security and practical matters for the employees of our clients who come to the Netherlands, go abroad or who work remotely. You lead and coordinate the entire process and work closely with colleagues in the Netherlands and abroad. You are the first point of contact for the HR department with our clients and for the expats themselves. Where necessary, you engage (international) specialists, for example in the field of immigration, transfer pricing, payroll and employment law.

In your role as Global Mobility Compliance Officer, you will take care of the coordination and handling of compliance obligations of our clients’ global workforce, such as personal income tax returns, 30% rulings, A1 applications. As part of the Global Mobility team, you will also be actively involved in advising on cross-border tax and social security issues and their practical implementation. As a first point of contact for the expats your goal is to give them the best assignment experience. As part of the role, you are responsible for file and workflow management and monitoring deadlines.

Who are you? – A team player with ambition

• A completed master's degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics (or a completed hbo degree and willing to obtain the a university master within three years)
• Up to approximately 5 years of work experience
• NOB education: completed, pending or willing to start
• Good command of the English language
• A proactive, honest and customer-oriented attitude, ability to develop relationships
• Experience with Assignment Pro or other global mobility management tools is an advantage
